We design thoughtfully conceived and sustainable buildings. Every project, client and location is different, and our approach to design, style and outcomes varies with each project. Sea View
A one off development for an experienced developer. The new house is an alteration and extension to an existing bungalow, making use of the existing ground floor walls and foundations, using a lightweight steel and timber structure for the new first floor. A new terraced garden and pool provides views across Whitstable Bay with a sheltered courtyard behind.
Modern Barn
A refurbishment of a previously converted barn to create a contemporary home, set up for entertaining.
New Farm House
A new build farm house for a young family, located in place of an existing agricultural shed with a previous permission for conversion. With residential use established, the site could be optimised and redesigned to make the most of the landscape and daylight to create a south facing garden and entertaining space.
Norfolk Country House
A grade II listed home in need of renovation. An ambitious consent achieved for a glass kitchen extension with views across open countryside, linked to the existing house with a glass link. Rundown and non-original outbuildings are replaced with a modern garage extension, amenity spaces and a new pool and pool house to the rear.
Normandy Place
A small bespoke development on the edge of an historic Norfolk market town. The client was keen to promote a sympathetic development that sat comfortably next to the historic settlement boundary.
